Spanish Club will be selling roses and teddy's for Valentine Day. Forms will be handed to fill out today on Wednesday 11, 2012. Please fill out the forms and turn them in to your homeroom teacher ASAP! The due date to turn in forms is January 25th. Spanish Club !!! - Sra.Rocha - 2011-2012 We will be selling Candy Grams from Dec 2nd-9th to help a family in need. We will be selling them in the morning in the cafeteria and 1st lunch. Please help us out. You can buy candy grams for your friends and teachers! Parents,you can also buy them for your kids! $2 each candy gram!  They will delivered on December 15th during homeroom. Mrs.Rocha *** Any donations  for the Spanish Club would be greatly appreaciated!!! - We are raising money for Hispanic Heritage Festival that will help out pay for our booth and chairs at Palencia on Oct 1st!!! Come join the Spanish Club, we are getting ready to put together a booth for the HISPANIC HERITAGE FESTIVAL in Palencia. The festival is at the beginning of October (will update soon!). There will be different booths with different activities, music, dance,food, entertainment, and teachers from different schools. I need your help!!!!  My booth will be the country of Ecuador! I will need your help to raise money that will go for Hispanic students who need scholarships. We are also going to set up the booth with activities for everyone to enjoy. This can count as community hours for you! At the same time you can bring your family and friends for a fun filled day! This festival will be advertised on TV, in all the Spanish newspapers, everywhere!!!  So please come join us!, I am so excited! Great way to start the year! More information to come as I get it!!! Muchas Gracias!!!! Location: Room 610- Come in and sit so we can introduce ourselves and get ready to work. Meeting will be announced on the intercom. So please listen and make a reminder for afterschool stay. Some things to think about: For September-meeting time 2:00-2:30- Dates are Sept. 6th, 13th, and 27th. For October 1st- we meet at the Festival in Palencia- Time from 3:00-6:00pm. ****If you know of any happening around Jacksonville that is related to Spanish, or have any ideas on activities please don't hesitate to come and talk to me. I am open for anything!!!
