This is our wonderful Mayor from St. Augustine ! Past students came and visited our Ecuador tent. Our Ecuador tent in Palencia. Rocha's Home Page!  I am so excited to teach you the basics of learning the Spanish Language.  This class will prepare you for the upcoming year of Spanish 1. **** This introductory class will teach you the basics of vocabulary, grammar, reading, writing, listening and speaking in a fun way! Based on the number of Speaking Spanish it is the 4th most commonly spoken language in the world! Spanish Language is an international Language! Knowing how to speak Spanish, increases the world of apportunities access to the labor market. Around 400 million people around the world speak Spanish. Spanish Language is one of the world's most phonetic languages! See if you can think of the many more reasons why Spanish is so important? Bring me a stat your first day of class and we will discuss the importance of it. Required Daily Supplies in Class When you come to class you are required to bring a 3 ring binder with tabs, paper, blue or black pen only. (color pens are not allowed). We will be using our classroom textbook called, "AVANCEMOS 1A"/workbooks.
